Exchange Policy

At Coco Cub Baby, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer an exchange under the following terms.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.
• The item is not damaged due to misuse.
• You have the original order number or proof of purchase.

Items Eligible for Exchange

We accept exchanges for:

• Incorrect size (subject to stock availability)
• Defective or damaged items
• Wrong item received

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Hygiene and personal care products
• Baby feeding products (if opened or used)
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Products marked as "Non-Exchangeable"

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

We'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost after verification.

Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order details and reason for exchange.
3. Our team will review your request.
4. Once approved, we'll provide exchange instructions.
5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll dispatch the replacement.

Shipping Charges

• If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), Coco Cub Baby will cover the shipping charges.
• For size changes or customer preference, return and re-delivery charges may apply.

Stock Availability

All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, we'll help you choose an alternative product of equal value.
