Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
• You provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Returns Accepted For

We accept returns only if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Baby hygiene and personal care products.
• Baby feeding products that have been opened or used.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
• Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Coco Cub Baby will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference (where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
