At Coco Cub Baby, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The item has a manufacturing fault.

To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items caused by improper use.
• Products without original packaging.
• Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Coco Cub Baby.
